• My country is not on the list where you ship to - how can I place an order from your website?

As we continue to grow, we continue to add countries that we ship to depending on demand from that area. If you would like to place an order, please email us directly at sales@ivorysoho.com and we can arrange your order and have it shipped to your country.

  • How do I find out what size bracelet I should order -  I don't know my size?

We have a sizing page that goes into detail on how you can measure your wrist, in order to choose the correct sizes and ensuring a perfect fit. Check your size here.

  • Where do I enter my discount / promo code?

On a mobile device - when you are on the checkout page you must click on 'show order summary' for it to drop down. After the order summary drops down, there will be a box to enter the discount / promo code.

  • Can I use more than 1 discount / promo code?

Only 1 discount / promo code is allowed in a single transaction. If you would like to use a second discount / promo code, you will need to place an additional order.

  • How can I track my package?

Every order comes with a unique tracking code. You can visit our TRACK MY ORDER page and enter your tracking code. Here you  can view the status and location of your order.

  • Will I be charged custom fees in my country?

We suggest that you check with your local customs and international postal regulations for any fees that may be charged to have a package shipped internationally. While most countries do not have a fee to have a package shipped from outside of your home country, all countries are different and information is continuously being updated. Ivory Soho is not responsible for any custom fees or charges that may be applied to your delivery.
